About The Position
As a Merchandising Service Manager at Lowe's, you will oversee the execution of all merchandising service, project, and maintenance activities in the store. Your role will involve ensuring that the store is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. You will be responsible for engaging with vendors and associates, ensuring accurate signage and displays, and coaching associates to create visually appealing product displays. The successful completion of these tasks will contribute to an overall appealing shopping experience for customers. You will also supervise a team that resets, stocks, and prices merchandise accurately, while coordinating with others in the store to support successful sales and operations. This position does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
