About The Position

As a Merchandising Service Associate – Plant Service Lead at Lowe's, you will focus on Live Plants while ensuring quality customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of all assigned Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities. You will work closely with the Merchandising Service Manager and other associates to set priorities for the MST Live Nursery team and identify service needs. Additionally, you will conduct daily safety reviews, monitor for potential theft, and ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of live nursery experience or general merchandising experience.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks.
• Less than 1 year of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe's customer service policies.
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets are completed according to specifications.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities and needs.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist in locating and loading merchandise.
• Update and validate signage and product location information throughout the store.
• Assist with culling and pricing dead and distressed plants.
• Maintain communication with the Merchandising Service Manager and associates.
• Adjust fixtures, rotate stock, and support materials using power equipment.
• Review and enter completion details for all assigned service and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all displays are safe and in working order.
• Detect signs of shoplifting and communicate them to management.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
