About The Position
As a Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service Lead at Lowe's, you will focus on Live Plants while ensuring quality customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of all assigned Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities. You will work closely with the Merchandising Service Manager and other associates to set priorities for the MST Live Nursery team and identify service needs. Additionally, you will maintain a safe work environment by conducting daily safety reviews and monitoring for potential security risks.
