Merchandising Reset Coordinator
About The Position
The Shelf Set Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate resets across the Maletis Beverage footprint. This role is highly organized, detail-driven, and hands-on, balancing office coordination with in-market execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly across teams, and takes pride in keeping resets running smoothly and on schedule. Success in this role comes from strong organization, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through. This role plays a key part in execution quality and category performance by ensuring retail resets are organized, communicated, and executed at a high level, supporting our sales teams and upholding Maletis Beverage’s long-standing reputation.
Requirements

- Flexibility to split time between the office and the trade.
- Expected availability between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software
- Own vehicle to drive from store to store
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass driving records check required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs)
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the corporate reset calendar.
- Schedule and coordinate all corporate resets across the market.
- Coordinate labor and coverage to ensure reset execution.
- Print and distribute schematics for large chain resets.
- Work closely with the RAM Team, Key Accounts, and Utility Sales.
- Lead, cover, and assist reset teams at corporate and independent accounts on a daily basis.
- Support Maletis Beverage’s Category Management standards through accurate and timely execution.
