Merchandising Execution Project Associates (MEPA) will support in store activities perform in-store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience. They are primarily assigned to projects and must ensure they are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently and will execute general bay service when project work is not available or as assigned by the MET supervisor. The MEPA works with on-site supervision, and provide service to multiple departments in the stores. The MEPA must be capable of executing directives from merchandising execution team supervisor (MET supervisor), district execution managers (DEM), and support store leadership. The MEPA must build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers. The MEPA typically works weekdays mornings.
