The Merchandising Operations Assistant Associate plays a key role in supporting Buyers and the broader Merchandising team by ensuring accurate execution of assortment plans, product setup, reporting, and operational processes. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with the Merchandising team on-site in Manchester, CT 2–3 days per week.
