About The Position

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s identity and deepening connections with our users. From planning and executing campaigns to ensuring a seamless user journey, your work will leave a lasting impact. Collaborating with local and global teams, you’ll serve as the key link between ShopBack and our audience, driving campaigns that resonate and deliver results. Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas. Relocation support to Austin, Texas will be provided.

Requirements

  • eCommerce Marketing Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in onsite marketing on e-commerce platforms or mobile applications.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of proactively setting direction and managing daily tasks.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Organizational Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
  • Passion for Online Shopping: Ideally someone who loves finding the best deals!
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and launch of impactful online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Onsite Content Management: Oversee and ensure flawless execution of onsite campaigns for a seamless user experience.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements.
  • Startup Mindset: Embrace a hands-on approach, developing creative solutions to achieve measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment.
