This role supports management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and training, ensuring compliance with company policies, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff. Key responsibilities include receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining sales floor organization, ensuring facility safety, and upholding merchandise presentation standards. The lead monitors food and merchandise quality, oversees club pick-up orders, develops and implements business processes, and promotes compliance with company ethics and integrity. The position also involves leading and participating in teams, fostering a culture of belonging, building relationships, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvements while prioritizing customer service and acting with integrity.
