The Merchandising Lead provides member service, assists management with the supervision of associates, and is responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring merchandise presentation. This role also involves maintaining facility safety, monitoring food and merchandise quality, leading and participating in teams, overseeing club pick-up orders, and developing and implementing business processes. The lead is expected to promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
