Requirements

Available to travel within your state and neighboring states to project locations to complete store remodels and fixture installation.
Access to a personal vehicle for weekly travel and a smartphone with internet access, voice, and text for in-store reporting functions.
Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance coverage for weekly travel.
3+ Years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in a Fixture Installation or remodel position.
Experience installing and disassembling steel fixtures/ industrial pallet racking units, setting products to planogram (POGs), reading blueprints, installing signage, building displays, placing price labels, and completing daily progress reports.
Results-driven and dedicated to meeting project deadlines with accuracy and strong team coordination.
Experienced in training employees and leading teams of 5+ crews.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a personable, friendly, and professional demeanor when working with clients, customers, and team members.
This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
This position involves regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.

Previous experience on similar projects in Home Depot, Lowes, ACE Hardware, or other big box retailers is a Plus!

Responsibilities

Manage remodel projects at various retail locations, ensuring that all project plans are executed according to the company's guidelines.
Supervise and lead a team of 5-15 crew members, providing direction, support, and on-the-job training to ensure efficient project completion.
Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of planograms, resets, and fixture installations in alignment with the store's layout and standards.
Oversee project tasks including the installation of shelving, racking, and displays, ensuring all units are properly assembled and placed.
Work closely with store management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and address any challenges.
Travel to project locations within your state, surrounding states, and/or region based on project needs and project deadlines.
Conduct final inspections of projects to ensure compliance with company and store standards.
Provide daily updates to management on progress, challenges, and team performance during reset projects.
