Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Director of Merchandising will own end-to-end merchandising strategy and execution across the Jennifer Fisher business, ensuring cohesive, profitable, and brand-aligned assortments are executed across channels. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial performance, and brand storytelling, partnering closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale Sales. This leader will bring a strong point of view on assortment architecture, pricing ladders, lifecycle management, and channel differentiation, while ensuring assortments and launches are delivered to meet Jennifer Fisher’s business needs. Success in this role means cohesive, brand-right assortments, strong sell-through and margin performance, and disciplined execution to support the Jennifer Fisher business needs.
