We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. The Assistant Store Manager will assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities, help customers in a positive, approachable manner, and address any questions or concerns they may have. This role includes organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensuring the seasonal areas of the store are maintained. The Assistant Store Manager will perform opening and closing procedures, process all corporate directives, maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assist in ordering merchandise, and maintain areas of the store to company standards. Additionally, this position involves protecting and securing all company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising and training Store Associates, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
