About The Position

Job Title: Merchandising Assistant - Data Entry Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 5:00pm Department: Merchandising If you are an energetic individual, you have a great opportunity to join a successful and growing company! Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update product data, acknowledgements, pricing, and descriptions into internal systems and spreadsheets. Assist in doing product tags and answering store emails to help track down sales orders. Track inventory updates and delivery timelines using applicable reporting and update open order reports on a weekly basis. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect missing data or clarify discrepancies. Support the merchandising team to cover for those on vacation. Help track ship direct orders, run weekly stock reports ensuring everything is up to date on an accurate basis. Assisting with promotional gift card inquiries. Assist with IST, SKU’s and P-tags Assist with sending out fabric samples & POP to stores. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or related field preferred. Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or data entry is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or related field preferred.
