Requirements

• Currently attending a 4 year college/university, pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising or relevant field as a Senior
• Able to commit to part-time hours 20-30 hours onsite per week during the Fall 2025 semester
• Being self-motivated
• Desire to learn and continue to grow professionally
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical orientation and technical computer navigation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas and V-Look up capabilities highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world hands-on experience in the field of Merchandising and Product Lifecycle Management
• Learn how to work cross functionally with different departments, leaders and vendors
• Hands on experience and exposure working with the product life cycle from ideation to disposition
• Supporting and maintaining supplier data and data integrity
• Communicating directly with customers, vendors, carriers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and solve problems
• Be assigned to a designated mentor who will guide your development by assigning tasks and projects that will support the team and department
