About The Position

Monarch Distributing is hiring for a Merchandiser role in the Noblesville area. We are looking for prospective candidates with varying levels of experience that would like to join Indiana's largest beer distributor. This role supports the Sales department by merchandising grocery and convenience store accounts, building thematic displays, stocking the beer aisle, and organizing back room.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring products are up to date and brands are well represented.
• Travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Maintain relationships in the market by developing supplier brands and providing best-in-class service.
• Other duties as assigned.
