About The Position
As a Merchandiser at Buck Distributing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of our products in retail environments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales and customer engagement. This position requires a keen eye for visual merchandising and the ability to implement promotional displays that align with our brand standards. You will collaborate closely with the sales team assigned to maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are readily available for customers. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to driving sales growth and improving the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail sales.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in visual merchandising and point of purchase displays.
- Familiarity with retail inventory management systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with company goals and enhance product visibility.
- Regularly visit retail locations to set up displays, restock merchandise, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Utilize hand trucks and other equipment to lift and carry heavy merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store accounts to ensure timely replenishment of products.
