The primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. This role supports sales by growing partnerships with customers. The Merchandiser will ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards, minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns, and ensuring Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order. They will accomplish merchandising processes and routines, evaluate competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions, and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or other members of the sales team. The role also involves building and protecting the Red Bull product portfolio, notifying the appropriate Account Sales Manager for product issues or out of stock items, and maintaining professional relationships with retail managers of accounts. Furthermore, the Merchandiser will work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays, collaborate across the organization, share best practices, lead by example, follow Company standards & Red Bull Values, and represent the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in market presence.
