About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will be responsible for creatively showcasing the company's brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring proper product placement at various customer locations. This role requires a proactive individual with a desire to advance their career in sales and the ability to travel to customer sites. Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Demonstrate top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Stocking and rotating shelves for daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
Building product displays.
Managing Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Performing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Building strong rapport with key account relationships and gathering feedback on merchandising activities.
Sharing feedback with appropriate sales team members to identify brand/category opportunities.
Identifying opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
Communicating out of stock or new item opportunities.
Learning and growing knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirit brands for the company and customers.
Responsibly handling beverage alcohol products and conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public.
Performing other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.
