About The Position

Increase sales volume, market share, and profitability by ensuring effective product placement and display in retail stores.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of retail merchandising experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow planograms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Create visually appealing and effective product displays.
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and placement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Train retail staff on product features and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Track and report on merchandising performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
