About The Position

As a Merchandiser for our off-premise wine and spirits division, you'll be the front line of our market presence, ensuring our products shine on shelves and catch the eyes of customers in liquor stores, grocery stores, and big-box retailers. You'll use your organizational skills to stock shelves, create amazing displays, and build eye-catching end caps that make our products look their best. This role is more than just stocking shelves; it's about building relationships, enhancing store presentations, and working closely with our dynamic sales team. Plus, it’s the perfect stepping stone for future growth within the company, offering a seamless transition to a Sales Representative position. Schedule Full time, Monday - Friday (occasional weekends) What You Get to Do Market Support: Be the daily go-to for our sales force, ensuring all accounts are merchandised to perfection—just the way our customers and we expect! Inventory & Backstock Management: Keep products fresh and organized, from cold boxes to shelves—no product ever gets left behind. Display Mastermind: Create eye-catching displays that meet both supplier and company guidelines, driving visibility and sales. Collaborative Teamwork: Work hand-in-hand with Sales Representatives and the Chain Division to execute monthly programs, ensuring we meet our goals together. Data Management: Maintain and submit required reports on time and ensure product rotation stays on track—because fresh products make happy customers. Training & Growth: Attend product and business training sessions to stay ahead of the game and continue your professional development. Flexibility: Be ready to pitch in where needed—whether that’s running vacation routes, helping with rebates, or adapting hours to meet the needs of our business.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of merchandising experience preferred, but if you're a fast learner, we want to hear from you!
• Sales Career Path: Open to relocating and stepping into a Sales Representative position in the future.
• Drive & Motivation: Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role, so be prepared for lots of moving, lifting, and staying active. You'll need to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE) to join our team.
• Tech-Savvy: Intermediate computer skills to keep things running smoothly.
• Independent & Team Player: Able to thrive solo, but also collaborate seamlessly with your team.
• Top-Notch Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with accounts, management, and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Handle challenges with grace, whether it's a shelf reset or a last-minute request.
• Customer Service Champion: Always keep accounts satisfied with exceptional service and attention to detail.
