About The Position

Footprint Solutions is a nationally recognized company and industry leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with well-known retailers to provide total onsite management capabilities, including merchandising and installation services. The Retail Merchandiser will be crucial in maintaining brand partnerships and assisting retail customers with product management and display. This role involves implementing plan-o-gram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers will service multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis within a predetermined territory, working independently onsite at retailer locations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
Ability to effectively manage your time
Highly ethical in all work practices
Must be self-motivated and highly organized
Must be 18 years or older
Able to meet the physical demands of the job
Ability to perform reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
