About The Position

Borden Dairy is seeking a
client-focused and results-driven professional
to join
our team as a
Merchandiser. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for
all aspects of merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and providing
excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product
visibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform required tasks in English.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.
• Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts to perform weekly merchandising services.
• Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
• Establish working relationships with store management.
• Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
• Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
• Place reorder based on previous weeks sales.
• Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required.
