About The Position

Footprint Solutions is a nationally recognized company and industry leader with over 20 years of experience partnering with well-known retailers to provide total onsite management capabilities, including merchandising and installation services. The Retail Merchandiser will be crucial in maintaining brand partnerships and assisting retail customers with product management and display. Responsibilities include implementing plan-o-gram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. This role involves servicing multiple locations and customers on a reoccurring basis within a predetermined territory. While reporting directly to a District Manager, the Merchandiser will work independently onsite at various retailer locations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills required
• Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
• Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
• Ability to effectively manage your time
• Highly ethical in all work practices
• Must be self-motivated and highly organized
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job
• Reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
