About The Position

Mid-Wisconsin Beverage is a locally owned and operated, leading distributor of soft drinks, waters, energy drinks, juices, teas, and more in North Central Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Merchandising team. As a Merchandiser, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the proper placement, display, and availability of our products in our retail customer accounts, enhancing our brand presence and maximizing sales opportunities. Our Merchandisers are responsible for regularly visiting assigned retail stores to stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products; rotate products to ensure freshness; remove damaged and outdated goods; manage inventory levels effectively; build positive relationships with store personnel; and maintain a clean and organized back stock area. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Possess a valid driver's license
Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer accounts
Have a good driving record
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
Ability to pass a drug screening
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math and reading.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally, on the phone and in writing.
Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
