Make a difference as a Merchandiser As a Part-Time Merchandiser at Duluth Coca-Cola, you will engage in a variety of exciting tasks that ensure our products consistently stand out on store shelves. Your role includes stocking existing shelf space, filling immediate consumption coolers, and creating eye-catching package-specific displays in accordance with company standards. You’ll maintain high merchandising standards by rotating products for freshness and organizing back-room inventory efficiently. Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll foster positive relationships with both customers and store managers, addressing issues promptly and following up as needed. You'll also assist with driver shortages and maintain open communication with sales reps and drivers regarding accounts. Your commitment to cleanliness will ensure spills and damaged products are handled immediately, all while completing essential paperwork accurately and collecting payments when required. Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check as part of our Vehicle Safety Policy
- Physical stamina (to operate a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts to manage loads of up to 2,200 pounds)
- Flexibility (to work weekends and holidays)
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities without close supervision
