About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory, and product placement. This role involves daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing POS material, and performing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes. You will also build strong rapport with key account relationships, obtain feedback on merchandising activities, and share this feedback with the appropriate sales team members to identify brand/category opportunities. The position requires identifying opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings, communicating out of stock or new item opportunities, and learning about beer, wine, and/or spirit brands. You must responsibly handle beverage alcohol products and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public. Requirements

  • 21 years or older to apply
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
  • Able to work occasional weekends
  • Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Responsibilities
