We are looking for best-in-class Merchandisers who enjoy creating product displays and store layouts that are appealing to consumers. Merchandisers are part of a Service Execution Team (SET), who are assigned to specific customer accounts close to home. The Merchandisers’ mission is to establish a great rapport and relationship with our customers by delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for neatly merchandising displays and shelves, properly rotating products on the shelves. You’ll work with our customers to make sure the shelves are stocked, moving products from the backroom, and stocking products on the shelves and coolers. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate merchandising service schedule, which includes driving to multiple customer stores throughout the shift. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age preferred)
Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Provide his/her own reliable personal vehicle for business use
Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer relations skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under direction
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend and move and climb in high, low, and tight areas to merchandise shelves and coolers and stock displays
Report to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensure that work responsibilities are covered when absent
Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate
Availability to work some weekends or holidays
Have a personal email account and access to the internet
Observe safety and security procedures, use equipment and materials properly
Able to continuously lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
Able to push/pull heavy loads at least 240 lbs.
Able to maneuver a dolly effectively
