About The Position

Green Light Distribution is a growing Texas-based alcohol distributor dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Our success is driven by our talented team, and we are looking for a motivated and creative Merchandiser to join us in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred.
Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, which includes review of criminal history, motor vehicle records, and a drug screening.
Must have a Valid Drivers License.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain visually appealing and organized product displays that attract customers and maximize sales.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.
Other duties as assigned.
