We are looking for an energetic , organized , and punctual individual to oversee the visual appearance of our retail stores within our south Texas region, ensuring our customers are greeted with an inviting, professional atmosphere. Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous merchandising experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work on ladders when needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a 3-year clean driving record.
- Willingness to drive company vehicle between locations within the south Texas market.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of store locations, ensuring the corporate image is upheld.
- Rotate and update displays, signage, and promotional materials to align with seasonal changes or inventory.
- Manage store inventory systems, ensuring proper stock levels and product organization.
- Assemble eye-catching displays using a variety of materials and tools.
- Address inventory discrepancies and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
- Assist in inventory audits and warranty/returns processes.
