About The Position
The Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building displays, replenishing inventory on the customer’s shelves, racks, and cold equipment. Your day will involve ensuring proper care of equipment and Company/customer assets daily, rotating and replenishing products in customer outlets, maintaining product integrity, organizing and collecting any breakage or out of date product, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership, and establishing positive relationships with all customers while providing superior customer service.
