What it's like to be a Merchandiser Supervisor at Fabiano Brothers This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. You will travel between retail locations throughout Oakland County, working closely with your merchandising team, store personnel, sales representatives, and delivery teams. You'll work with and support merchandisers in daily merchandising activities, helping train and coach them on expectations and best practices while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes stocking and rotating product, handling backstock and deliveries, building displays, and maintaining a professional company image in stores. Essential Functions & Requirements- Supervise, train, and coach merchandising staff. Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products in retail locations. Work independently and in a team. Be reliable and punctual for shifts. Smartphone required for tracking work hours. Strong ability to work safely and efficiently. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
