About The Position

At WP Beverages, we are a leading distributor of iconic brands such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Lipton, Klarbrunn, Starbucks, Rockstar, and Aquafina. This role involves professionally executing Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies, ordering, and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts. The primary focus is on safely, effectively, and efficiently maintaining stock levels on shelves, in coolers, displays, back rooms, and point-of-purchase areas. The Merchandiser/Stocker will aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display, and cooler space. Responsibilities also include working with all team members to minimize out-of-date product and damage within assigned accounts. This position is part of an "account team," requiring proactive communication with other team members to identify opportunities and resolve issues. The role contributes to profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of beverages, superior customer service, and innovative customer-focused marketing programs.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Able to speak, read and write in English
• High attention to detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends when needed
• Possess a valid state Driver's License
• Maintain personal auto insurance
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively from floor to waist, chest or shoulder height
• Be able to pull cart with load weighing up to 220 pounds

Responsibilities
