About The Position

The Seasonal Merchandiser at Columbia Distributing plays a crucial role in ensuring that beverages are readily available for customers. Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handling cases, bottles, and cans of beverages for sale or storage.
• Fill and rotate products in cold boxes and on dry shelves, and build and maintain displays with point of sale materials as necessary.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route without transporting products in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and store personnel.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and sales teammates to complete account services effectively.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
