About the position

Join the Bell Nursery team for our spring season! As a Merchandiser at Bell Nursery, you will be the face of our company for our retail partners. This role is responsible for the visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to leadership including the store, area, district, and market managers, and work with our receiving partners.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Bell Nursery policies and procedures
• Execute Bell merchandising standards
• Merchandise product per Plan-o-gram
• Set ads as needed in stores
• Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods
• Communicate with leadership regarding execution daily

Requirements

• Must have functioning smartphone
• Be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications
• Communicate via text, email, phone
