About The Position

The Merchandiser position at Columbia Distributing is crucial for ensuring that beverages are effectively stocked and ready for sale in retail accounts. This role involves working closely with the Delivery, Sales, and retail partners to provide exceptional customer service and maintain product availability after delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.

Responsibilities

• Work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads, handling cases, bottles, and cans of beverages for sale or storage.
• Fill and rotate products in cold boxes and on dry shelves, and build and maintain displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route without transporting any product in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop positive relationships with co-workers and store personnel.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services effectively.
• Accurately clock in and out of the required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
