Requirements

  • 6 months-1 year merchandising experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
  • Professional conduct.
  • Adherence to the company's attendance policy.
  • Reliable transportation for for travel.
  • Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications.
  • Personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, the internet, and email applications.
  • Employment contingent on background check, drug test, and MVR clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate
  • Safely and efficiently replenish product.
  • May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
  • Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor.
  • Seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours.
  • Contact Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
  • Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated applications.
  • Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing those duties.
  • May train Merchandisers on appropriate merchandising standards.
  • Back up to Supervisor and fill in Supervisor duties, as
  • May be assigned to approve payroll and run a variety of reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Work with Supervisor to cover all stores.
  • Assist with sets and resets, as needed.
  • Train new hires, as needed.
  • Remain up-to-date on all planogram (POG)/flowchart changes.
  • Regular communication with Supervisor.
