About The Position

We are looking for great people to join our team- people like YOU! This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis- on demand. We are looking for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Must have an Android or iPhone.
• Must know how to access Google via your phone.
• Dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up and completing work on time.
• 1 year of experience reading and implementing planograms.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of experience with resets.
• Must speak and read English.
• Must have access to the internet.
• Must have access to a printer when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License required.
• Ability to transport supplies as needed.
• Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles).
• Flexible schedule.
• Email address that is monitored daily.
• Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone & text.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete all merchandising work offered in the area.
• Conduct audits and build racks and displays.
• Perform resets for shelf and pegboard work.
• Implement and maintain planograms.
• Place POP/POS signage as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team based on client needs.

Benefits

• Pay rates vary by client contract - $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
