This position is for merchandisers needed by SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) on an independent contractor basis. It is important to note that this is not a full-time or part-time position; all work is on an as-needed basis. Most tasks are project-based and typically take about 1 hour to complete, with some exceptions for larger jobs such as resets that may require more time in the store. Merchandisers are considered the heart and soul of the company, and they are expected to be well-rounded with experience in various merchandising tasks including audits, building racks and displays, resets, pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with store personnel while fulfilling client needs.
