This position is for merchandisers needed on an as-needed basis, specifically for 1099 independent contractors. The work is not full-time or part-time, and most tasks are project-based, typically taking about 1 hour to complete. There may be exceptions for larger jobs such as resets that require more time in the store. Merchandisers at SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) play a crucial role in the company, engaging in various merchandising activities including audits, building racks and displays, resets, pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. They are expected to use their friendly and outgoing personalities to foster strong relationships with stores while fulfilling client needs.
