About The Position

This position is for merchandisers needed on an as-needed basis, specifically for 1099 independent contractors. The work is project-based, typically consisting of jobs that take about 1 hour to complete, with some exceptions for larger tasks like resets. Merchandisers at SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) play a crucial role in the company, engaging in various merchandising activities such as audits, building displays, resets, and implementing planograms. They are expected to build strong relationships with stores while fulfilling client needs.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with planograms.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of experience with resets.
• Must speak and read English.
• Access to a printer when needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid, non-expired driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles).

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and build racks and displays.
• Perform resets, including shelf and pegboard work.
• Execute pull & plugs and POP/POS placement.
• Implement and maintain planograms.
• Build strong store relationships.
• Meet client directives before deadlines.

Benefits

• Pay rates range from $15.00 to $17.00, varying by client.
