What You’ll Do Shape the Shop: Transform incoming freight into "floor-ready" displays by tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandise with precision. Fuel Sales & Fulfillment: Keep the floor stocked and the digital world moving by accurately picking and organizing E-commerce orders. Be the Team’s "Go-To": Assist customers and colleagues with product retrieval while keeping your workspace organized and efficient. Master the Logistics: Use your math and communication skills to solve daily puzzles, follow instructions, and keep the inventory flowing. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Average of 40 hours per week. The Shift: Monday through Friday (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) with flexibility as needed. Weekends: Occasional Saturdays may be needed.
