All store team members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on maximizing product inventory and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, the individual may also be assigned sales, front end, or other duties as needed. The position is internally referred to as Merchandiser and reports to the store management team. If coded as a seasonal role, it would be short-term (no longer than six months) with an option to apply for a non-seasonal role. Key activities include processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays, placing signage, and supporting digital business by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, participating in product training (wine, spirits, beer), maintaining knowledge of promotions, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, adhering to alcohol sales regulations, and completing cross-functional responsibilities.
