About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have proof of insurance.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from accounts.
• Should be physically capable of lifting cases and display units in excess of 70 pounds repetitively.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily visits to customer locations to merchandise and maintain products through stocking, rotating, dusting, and building displays.
• Stocks and rotates products on the floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, and type.
• Examines stock to verify conformance to quality specifications.
• Performs essential job duties efficiently, accurately, safely, and in a time-sensitive manner.
• Accurately documents the number of products received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or being out-of-date.
• Participates in on-the-job training related to Odom procedures.
• Ensures a safe and clean working area by discarding trash and empty boxes.
• Displays promotional materials according to company and store policies.
• Builds displays according to Supervisor/Sales Representatives directions.
