In this role you will be responsible for responsible for installing promotional point of sale materials to meet display objectives, assisting with the execution of in market customer resets, and providing emergency product deliveries as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required

Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments

Responsibilities

Perform merchandising and display activities within retail accounts as directed.
Support the growth and development of retail accounts through effective display execution, promotional implementation, and pricing compliance.
Deliver product merchandise as required to support customer needs.
Assist the Chain team with planning and executing inâmarket category resets; gather and analyze market data; support the creation and distribution of marketing materials; and conduct periodic chain audits.
Identify and communicate inâmarket account issues to Chain Management, including competitive pricing concerns, promotional execution gaps, and other operational challenges.
Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers
Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory
Ensure all company products are properly displayed
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Travel 60%–80% by automobile; daily travel may exceed 100 miles.
You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
