About The Position
As a Merchandiser at O'Reilly Auto Parts, you will greet customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise or directing them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed. You will check in, price, and put up stock, ensuring that the merchandise on the display floor is fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis. You will make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms, and ensure that all sale signs are in place. Additionally, you will assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns, while working with the manager to complete store tasks. As a cashier, you will check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise in a quick and friendly manner, handle merchandise returns, and assist customers with transactions as needed.
