About The Position
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Merchandiser and Cashier. The role involves greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise, and directing them to parts specialists when necessary. The individual will be responsible for checking in, pricing, and stocking merchandise according to company guidelines and planograms. Additionally, the role includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the display floor, making price changes, and ensuring that sale materials are properly displayed and removed when necessary. The individual will also assist with stock adjustments and work with management to complete store tasks. As a cashier, the individual will check out customers in a friendly manner, handle merchandise returns, and assist in busy times by processing transactions efficiently.
