About The Position

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. The position involves greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise, and directing them to parts specialists when necessary. The role also includes checking in, pricing, and stocking merchandise according to company guidelines. The Merchandiser will ensure that the display floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized, making display changes as needed and maintaining pricing accuracy. Additionally, the Merchandiser will assist with stock adjustments and work with management to complete store tasks. The role requires acting as a deterrent to shoplifting and providing front floor security. Cashier duties include checking out customers quickly and efficiently, handling merchandise returns, and assisting in busy times at the register. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
