The Merchandise Worker is responsible for preparing merchandise displays and selling products to guests in a friendly & courteous manner.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have prior cash handling experience.
- Articulate with excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast paced, service environment.
- Will have the ability to handle customer situations in a highly sensitive, heightened, and urgent environment, escalating to managers when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Preparing merchandise displays and selling products to fans in a friendly & courteous manner.
- Process cash and charge transactions.
- Assisting supervisors with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas; maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
- Cash handling, and the operation of cash register including the completion of a daily and nightly inventory.
- Preform opening and closing responsibilities per location as presented by manager.
