Responsibilities The Merchandise Temporary Associate supports the Buying team in achieving overall department strategies. They are responsible for helping to exceed department sales goals and profitability by working with internal and external partners to help set up SKU's, enter orders, coordinate deliveries, and review, and approve packaging and product.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and MS Office programs
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with merchant teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing merchandise and pulling reports for weekly team meetings
• Create, submit, and track item and purchase order worksheets
• Assist team in sample approval processes, organization, and maintenance
• Compile and create PowerPoints to document the details of items ordered
• Assist merchant team with miscellaneous administrative projects as needed
