About The Position

Requirements

• 3-5 years of small team management and in-field merchandising experience.
• Ability to organize multiple staff with multi-account ledgers for efficient routing and time management.
• Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and internal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with a focus on data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage the Merchandise Associate team.
• Drive strategic sales growth through the execution of Mojo & SmartStock Programs.
• Inspect in-field operations to ensure team performance meets expectations.
• Grow same store sales through effective category management and in-store service execution.
• Maintain knowledge of selling technology and enterprise strategies for daily application.
• Review and provide performance reports for the team.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships across all accounts.
• Manage and direct the team to meet objectives and adhere to policies.
